ULY coated polyester Oxford fabric is a waterproof, Cordura-style bag material woven from 100% polyester and finished with a polyurethane (ULY) coating. Its dense plain weave and coated back make it a reliable base cloth for luggage, backpack, and outdoor-gear makers that need water resistance and abrasion durability.
